Me and my group decided to make a lesson plan that would be able to be used for a 4th/5th grade classroom that breaks down colonialism and manifest destiny in a way that allows them to be critical thinkers with these topics and discuss deeper issues while still making it comprehensible and truly impactful.

In this project that I did in fall of 2022, our goal was to design a park that used at least 10 different aspects of motor development that we had learned in the class. We had to use scholarly articles and ensure that what we were designing is accessible for everyone. At the end we then presented this in front of our class and made sure to have in depth knowledge about how we can create better access for every developing child.
